2. If your machine is still not working, the rep will issue a Return Authorization number (RA#) and submit your information to the Returns Department. Note: If your unit is not covered under warranty, all costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For complete details, read our warranty policy in the owner's manual.
3. The Returns Department will then email you the shipping paperwork and instructions for how to return your unit to the Seaira facility. ** Be sure to follow the instructions carefully to ensure that your dehumidifier arrives safely.***
